Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping satchel or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid Australia Post shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any Australia Post office or red street posting box and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund progress.
